Eat outside in beautiful patio or inside. Bright wide and spacious kitchen, large dining and living area, master bedroom with queen size bed and pull out couch and private bath. Bedroom with Twin size beds (can be converted into queensize) bedroom with 2 bunkbeds, sunroom with pull out couch (queen size bed) . Close to very beautiful beaches and to the charming town of Capoliveri with many restaurants and shops. Ideal vacation spot, crystal clear water and good food, wine, Sun and ambiance.

Our apartment is in the historical centre of Venice, at 5 minutes walking from Rialto bridge, in a quiet area near the Church of Miracoli. It's 120 sq. meters, at the third floor, with a very large terrace, perfect fot eating out and relax. We have 1 double room, 1 room with a bunkbed and 1 bed of 120cm, a small room as office with internet connection, a living room with tv, a large cousine and 2 bathrooms. We had some very nice experience of exchanging house with England and Holland. We are a couple of bookseller with one 4 years old child and one child arriving soon.
