We live in a 100m2 flat in one of the nicest districts of Vienna. 2 children´s rooms, sleeping room, living room with kitchen, bathroom, toilet. Sleeping rooms are in 1st floor, living room and terrace in 2nd floor. We live next to a river where you can go jogging or take a ride with our bikes. 10 min per car to Schönbrunn (emporer´s castle and zoo). Walk of 5 min to train station, trains 2x per hour. Busses + trains to subway (10 min). 1/2 hour to St. Steven´s cathedral, the heart of the city. Walk of 10 min to a shopping center with more than 100 shops, bars, billiard, discotheque etc. A taxi to the next subway costs EUR 9.- Please dont´s smoke in our flat! It's a friendly flat near the city centre of Vienna, still you've got a nice park just a few steps near it. The underground sation is not far either, from where you can reach almost everything in the city. The flat has got a bedroom, a little room, a living room, kitchen and bath and toilet.

Lovely appartment in the heart of the city. Bright and sunny, situated on 2nd floor of a wilhelminian-style house. "Hundertwasserhaus" in the direct neighbarhood. Subway and Tramway reachable within two minutes. Jogging occasion very near by. Piano available, ready to play. Cable-tv and broadband internet. Good located to start sight-seeing. Shoppingopportunities next door. Cleaning lady once a week. Smoking is possible only in the wintergarden(see foto)Lots of childrenstuff. Bicycles(4) in the backyard. Car is to negotiate. There are two lovely cats in our appartment!! Petsitter comes every day to feed them and to clean the cattoilet.
