Lovely appartment in the heart of the city. Bright and sunny, situated on 2nd floor of a wilhelminian-style house. "Hundertwasserhaus" in the direct neighbarhood. Subway and Tramway reachable within two minutes. Jogging occasion very near by. Piano available, ready to play. Cable-tv and broadband internet. Good located to start sight-seeing. Shoppingopportunities next door. Cleaning lady once a week. Smoking is possible only in the wintergarden(see foto)Lots of childrenstuff. Bicycles(4) in the backyard. Car is to negotiate.
There are two lovely cats in our appartment!! Petsitter comes every day to feed them and to clean the cattoilet.
