Nice and easy modern townhouse right on the beach with own bridge and small sail boat. This is the southernmost part of Denmark which gives you a chance to cover Northern Germany, too. Flensburg and Hamburg are close by. Life is quiet and pleasant around here, roads are excellent and distances small. There is quite a bit of tourism here in the summer, spring and autumn are lovely, too. Our community has a communal house where two additional bedrooms may be rented, complete with private bathroom.

Elternbadezimmer Dusche,Wc, Schlafzimmer, Büro, Moderne Austattung, Fußbodenheizung, mediterranes Flair. Im Ort Freibad, Reiterhöfe,Wälder,Galopprennbahn. Kleines Dorfzentrum, gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten.Wir haben schon Erfahrung mit Haustausch gemacht, hat alles toll geklappt.Nice Family with 3 children age 11,12,14. The house is big 220 qm and have 7 rooms, 2 bathrooms, one Guest Wc,a nice Kitchen with all comfort, a big garden 870 qm. It is very close to Berlin and we have a trainstation to Berlin City in town 10 minutes away from the house. we have make housechancing one time with a frensh family and everything was fine.
