Description:
We offer 105 m ² flat in Möglingen to distance to the A81 (Ludwigsburg Süd) 1km. It is an absolute non-smoker's flat. You must feed our cat (15) who is a little bit shy. By the nearness to the highway you are relatively quick in Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Leonberg, Sindelfingen or Pforzheim. The flat is very quiet. All together there is the Masterbedroom with a double bed and TV, a guest-room with a double bed and an office with Internet access, TV and a single bed. The flat orders two toilets and a bath. Washing machine and dryer exist. The living / dining room is big approx. 30 m ². As toys exist, old Playmobil (knight), Lego, a wooden railway and soft toys, when required we can procure more toys. My husband is a Cook, I work in the civil service, we have no children.
