This typical Dutch house in the old style has been build around 1880 and is situated in the east part of Amsterdam. The apartment on the second floor is very light. The kitchen has been renewed in the old style. There is a double bed and a childrens room with two beds. The facilities around the house are numerous: daily market around the corners, shopping streets, two large parks, indoor and outdoor swimmingpool closeby, train station at the end of the street, public transport to all parts of Amsterdam, many restaurants and bars and easy access to the highway to leave the city. Two cats (born in September 2005) we would like you to take care of.

Our apartment is located in an upcoming neighbourhood with a cultural park and restaurants at 100m. The tram stops at 50 m and takes you to the city centre in 10 minutes. The historic building was renovated in 2000. The spacious living room(65m2) has good exposure to natural light and contains a nice kitchen plus a study (with double sofabed). A wooden floor and design furniture set a bright and modern ambiance. You'll also find a large bedroom with double bed, bathroom, separate toilet and a big sunny balcony. It's a nice place for a couple (or two couples) that wants to enjoy the city of Amsterdam. Our house is not suitable for kids.
