I live in a 55 m2 typical flat under the roof (mansarda) located in a central zone of milan, full of bars, shops and restaurants (this zone is called Porta Ticinese). I have one bedroom, a little kitchen and a living room with computer (fast-line), sofa and tv. The house is small but really confortable and full of light!
