My home si composed of a Kitchen, a bathroom, a living roome and two bedroom. My town is well located in the centre of Umbria (central regiorn of Italy. Assisi (San Francisco's sanctuary) is reached in about ten minutes by car. Adriatc and Tirrenian seas re reached in two hours, Trasimeno lake is near (40'). You can go to Tuscania (Florence, Siena, Pisa) by train and to Rome, too. Train station is 10' on foot from my home (some cities in Italy are on payment if you go by car). You can practise many activities in the countryside, like fishing, swimming, trekking, biking. Umbria is an important country for italian picture and medioeval culture, for italian cooking and wine and oil are the principle products.
