Our home is in the charming town of Sebastopol in the Sonoma County Wine Country (near the Napa Valley Wine Country). We have 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & 1 office-bedroom for a queen-sized airbed and with a separate bath; HDTV, TIVO, DVD & VCR; high-speed internet connection; remodeled kitchen with dishwasher; clothes washer & dryer; flower & vegetable gardens. We are 1/2 hour from the Pacific Ocean & a redwood forest; 1 hour from San Francisco; within easy walking distance of smart shops, food stores, movies, theater, restaurants, galleries, and the Sunday farmer's market. Our Toyota Prius hybrid car can be exchanged also.

Wonderful modern 1 bedroom apartment in the hills in San Francisco. Near public transportation including the subway. 24 hour grocery store and shopping center across the street. Gas fireplace. There is a very friendly cat in the house that has access to go outside (no litter box).

Our home is a large and comfortable Mediterranean-style structure, with views of the San Francisco bay, both the Bay Bridge and the Golden Gate Bridge, downtown Oakland, and the campanile on the University of California campus. Our home is located in north Berkeley easy walking distance to the gourmet ghetto and university campus.. In addition to living room with fireplace and formal dining room, both with wood floors and built-ins cupboards, it has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a lovely sun room with French doors to a large and sunny patio. The kitchen has been updated, and is amply supplied with appliances and gadgets. Our large terraced garden and patio have views of the surrounding areas and can be used year round.
