Our house is a beautiful classic detached Victorian House of which 1 apartment is rented out to single individual. We offer 1 bright room on Ground floor with 2 single beds (couple or mum/dad with kid), shared usage of kitchen, bathroom, toilet, garden. A huge park is nearby with tennis facilities, playground and a lovely huge public pool. Bus and train services are nearby as well and offer easy access to central London for shopping (Oxford Street) and sightseeing. Also not far is Clapham Junction for excessive night life and trains to the English coast (i.e. Brighton) and Windsor, et cetera.

couple (teacher and engineer), 2 children (boy 2 years old, girl 8 years old). Our house is really comfortable and has 160 qm. 6 rooms (2 rooms not to use because these are our working rooms. Kitchen 28 qm, living room 28 qm, 1 sleeping room children 28 qm (3 bed), 1 sleeping room 16 qm (double bed) and baby bed, 1 room in the basement with 1 double. The house is nearly children safe and - stair security, cooker security, 2 highchairs, a lot of toy. Garden for children and you can sit on the patio and enjoy the privacy. junglegym with a slide into a quattro-Pool, swing, horizontal bar and a sandbox.
