The house is configured: ground floor kitchen opening onto small garden; first floor lounge, study, shower room; second floor master bedroom, childrens room with bunk beds, bathroom; third floor: large bedroom. The house is well equipped and orientated to family living. Family: Mum and dad: 41 and girl 6 and boy 4. We can do a car exchange. We may be able to offer a little sailing boat depending on your experience. The location is good- walk into tourist attractions. 500 metres to the water. 2.2km to the nearest beach. Many historic features in the area- walk to the castle and boat trips and steam train rides. Easy access to the South West coastal path, very attractive countryside designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Experienced exchangers (7). 40 steps from the road up to our house.

Our apartment is situated in a quiet mews in a pleasant area of north London, between Camden Town and Hampstead Heath, both of which are within easy walking distance. There is very easy access to public transport with two underground stations (Tufnell Park and Kentish Town) each within a five minute walk of the flat.
The apartment itself is a cosy but well distributed space with a dining / living area, separate kitchen with all appliances, double bedroom and bathroom with shower / bath.
