Our house is a beautiful classic detached Victorian House of which 1 apartment is rented out to single individual. We offer 1 bright room on Ground floor with 2 single beds (couple or mum/dad with kid), shared usage of kitchen, bathroom, toilet, garden. A huge park is nearby with tennis facilities, playground and a lovely huge public pool. Bus and train services are nearby as well and offer easy access to central London for shopping (Oxford Street) and sightseeing. Also not far is Clapham Junction for excessive night life and trains to the English coast (i.e. Brighton) and Windsor, et cetera.

It is an early Victorian terrace house with front and back garden onto a park, 30mins by bus to central London : Covent Garden, Parliament Square etc (no tube station nearby). Although the house is on 4 floors, I am exchanging the 3 top floors as there is a self-contained studio which is rented in the basement. We have 3 persians cats which would need to be looked after while exchanging.

Pretty, secluded chalet bungalow with juliet balcony and patio surrounded by large country garden. Light, airy, comfortable,easy,relaxed home. 5 minutes stroll to the historical jewel of a village with good pubs restaurants and useful shops. Surrounded by beautiful countryside with endless footpaths through woods and the walkable hills of the High Weald. The usual country pursuits are very close at hand, as is Bewl Water. Royal Tunbridge Wells offers more sophisticated shopping, theatre, music. Beachy Head national coastal park is a 40 minute drive. London is a 1 hour rail journey and there are numerous National Trust properties to browse around. An unspoilt, non-touristy idyll.

ALSO HAVE: LGWRSD6258 This one bedroom apartment is on the first floor of a handsome period terrace on the east side of the Grove. It has a large reception room featuring three beautiful, sash windows with high ceilings throughout. There's a pretty double bedroom and a large bathroom. All rooms get flooded with natural light throughout the day. Camberwell Grove is leafy, architecturally beautiful and well located for town, with Denmark Hill mainline station just five minutes on foot, 10 minutes to central london and a great bus network at the bottom of the road. At the bottom of the Grove are gourmet pubs, some bars and some good local shops. Make yourself at home! Inflatable bed avail.
