The apartment is in the 5th floor (no elevator) and has a beautiful view over the east-berlin skyline. Very quiet neighbourhood. It is a spacy light-flooded loft, with sun deck and balcony. There is one bedroom sleeps 2 and a second room with a studio couch sleeps 2 Public transportation is only 5 minutes away, Prenzlauer Berg and Mitte with all the rip-roaring bars, restaurants and museums only 10 minutes by car or tram. We offer two mountainbikes.

Beautifully appointed Jugendstil apartment with high walls and ornamented ceilings, with engravings, cassettes and reliefs. The appartments were built in 1904 and fully renovated 10 years ago. Ours is on the 2nd floor and faces south-west and has oak parquet flooring throughout. There are 3 large reception rooms, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (granit and terracotta). The kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped. The apartment is situated in an excellent central area, Schöneberg, within walking distance of KaDeWe and the Zoologische Garten. It is very quiet at night and very secure. All the apartments are privately owned, and the neighours are very helpful, outgoing and friendly.
