Our holiday home is located in the Blue Mountains and is a stroll to Wentworth Falls Lake and village which has some great cafes. There are some pleasant views of Mt Hay and Mt Tomah from the deck and sunroom. Wentworth Falls has a village atmosphere with the local residents being very friendly. There are some great bush walks in the area and the golf club is a 3 minute drive from the cottage. There is a train station which is a 10 minute walk from the cottage (nearby the village).There are many tourist attractions in the area including the Three Sisters in Katoomba, Cable car, Mt Tomah Botanical Garden, Jenolan Caves, the world's steepest incline railway, Arts & crafts, health and healing and many more. This can be a non-simultaneous exchange as our second home is rented out for holiday purposes.

We live on a four hectare property with two dams, kangaroos and wildlife. Our property is 3 minutes (or less) drive to a safe beach. To help with the timing on our trip our parents have also said that the bottom story of their house (which is a self contained 3 bedroom flat with shower and toilet) is also available. This flat is actually on the ocean front and is perfect for deserted early morning walks as the sun rises over the ocean. To keep things clear, our home is wheelchair friendly, single family, has washer and drier, stereo, private pool and fireplace. My parents does not. It does have exceptional views, it is duplex and multi-family.

We have a private, modest house on 5 acres (2 ha) of farm land within 2kms of the historic village of Braidwood. Its a comfortable house with beautiful rural views, large verandah, BBQ. We also have a separate "Games Room" with 2nd TV, 2 computers with broadband, a table tennis table, sofas, a piano etc. Its very much a country lifestyle, some great rural walks, etc but close to a thriving small viallge (popn 1,100) with great acfes, restaurants, pubs, theatre, hospital, supermarkets, a club, tennis cvvourst, golf course, squash courts etc. More info on Braidwood can be found on www.visitbraidwood.com.au Its a day trip to Australia's capital city, Canberra (1 hours drive, and the beatiful South Coast NSW region, with Batemans Bay only 45 minutes away. Bushwalking enthusiast will love the neighboring National Parks. The only downsides as i see it are that we are on tank water, so some care needs to be taken with water usage (we normally mange OK and there is 5 of us!).

We live in a top floor apartment overlooking a park. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, a study with internet, a separate dinning room and a lounge with HD tv and dvd. There is also a large second sitting room (sunroom) overlooking the park. We are only 400 m from the famous Manly beach and 300m from Sydney harbour where you can swim/ paddle and from where the ferry takes you to the CBD in just 30 minutes while the Jetcat takes only 15 minutes Google Earth lat/long is 33deg 47 min 48.00 sec South and 151 deg 16 min 55.50 sec East. See frangipanis in backyard!
