Descripción:
We have a private, modest house on 5 acres (2 ha) of farm land within 2kms of the historic village of Braidwood. Its a comfortable house with beautiful rural views, large verandah, BBQ. We also have a separate "Games Room" with 2nd TV, 2 computers with broadband, a table tennis table, sofas, a piano etc. Its very much a country lifestyle, some great rural walks, etc but close to a thriving small viallge (popn 1,100) with great acfes, restaurants, pubs, theatre, hospital, supermarkets, a club, tennis cvvourst, golf course, squash courts etc. More info on Braidwood can be found on www.visitbraidwood.com.au Its a day trip to Australia's capital city, Canberra (1 hours drive, and the beatiful South Coast NSW region, with Batemans Bay only 45 minutes away. Bushwalking enthusiast will love the neighboring National Parks. The only downsides as i see it are that we are on tank water, so some care needs to be taken with water usage (we normally mange OK and there is 5 of us!).
