It's a house in the centre of Mandraki, the main port and village in the vulcanic island of nyssiros, it's closed to the main square and it's traditional greek house. It was built 150 years ago and its walls are very thick keeping the house cool in summer and warm in winter.It has got a garden at the back with plants. In summer it's very quiet and the only sound you hear is the monks' singing and the monastery's bells. People are very friendly and you can buy fresh fish at the port. The climate is very mild and even Easter is a good time to enjoy sunny days while the heat of summer is mitigated by the "meltemi" the sea breeze.

Our apartment is in the heart of Athens,next to the archeological museum and only 20 mins on foot from the historical city, the Plaka. The next metro station (direct line to Pireus harbor)is about 7 minutes on foot and the shopping areas of Ermou and Kolonaki, about 20 mins each. The apartment consists of a large living room, a spacey kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC. There is air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, as well as central heating in all rooms. The furinture is kept to a minimum, thus maximizing the space feeling. Though it offers little luxury, it is highly functional and very practically located. We have another offer in Berlin under LGWRSD4842.
