The flat is situated in the centre of Ilmenau, a cute city in Thuringia. Supermarkets( 2 min. per feet), numerous cultural(5 min. per feet) and recreation( 10 min. per feet) activities are all quite near. The huge skiing area Oberhof is only 20km away. The city is famous for the toboggan-run which also could be used in summer. Ilmenau is situated in the Thuringia forrest which is a really big recreational area .Bus and central station also need only a five minute walk to be reached.The city is famous for the university with one of the highest technical standards and also for Goethe, a well known german poet.
