Es un encantador dúplex en pleno casco histórico de Toledo, ciudad patrimonio de la humanidad. Muy cerca de todos los monumentos importantes que visitar. Dispone en planta baja de salón comedor, un aseo, cocina independiente completamente amueblada y un patio propio. En primera planta dispone de dos habitaciones con armarios empotrados y cuarto de baño completo con ducha. Es ideal para pasar unas agradables vacdaciones visitando la mágica ciudad de Toledo y gracias a su excelente situación geográfica, en el centro de España poder visitar muchas ciudades.

We have a beautiful and comfortable apartment, with great views to the mediterranean sea that you can enjoy from the balcony where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner...
It is in the fifth floor. There is a lift and a swimmingpool. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. And in the living room, there are a sofa-bed where can sleep two more persons. The kitchen is full equiped. Our apartment is in a little town of the white coast in Alicante( at 30 Km), called Guardamar del Segura. It is a great place to spend holidays: a lot of hot and sun, a long large beach, a swimmingpool...
It is close to the beach (1 min walking), and it is not far from the center of the town(5 min walking too).
Non simultaneous exchanges are possible as this is our second home.
