Sorry, we have concluded our exchange for summer 2009... We are offering a small but nice and sunny townhouse in a central sector of Montreal, a short 7 minutes walk from the metro or 5 minutes from the bicycle path leading to Old Montreal or downtown. Main bedroom with a double bed, single sofa-bed in the basement TV room and complete bathrooms an a separate Wc. Cable tv, internet, washer and dryer. Ceiling fans and portable air conditioning for hotter days, as well as private access to a closed yard with flowers, table and chairs and a propane Bar-B-Q or next-door house with double-bed bedroom on one floor.

• Notre maison est une maison ancestrale en pierre des champs datant de 1836. Elle est située dans une rue très tranquille sur le bord d'une rivière sur laquelle nous pouvons nous balader avec notre kayak de mer. Dans la cour, nous avons un SPA. Nous sommes situés à 20 minutes de la belle ville de Montréal. 2 heures de la ville de Québec et 1 heures des Laurentides. Nous sommes prêts de tout et la ville de Montréal est une ville pleine d'activités et de festivités et d'excellents restaurants. Plusieurs lacs et montagnes très près afin de pratiquer vos sports favoris.
