Our house is in a very beautiful area of the Mediterranean, with a surrounded calm beach of orange trees, it is located in the historical helmet of Altea, from the one that one can enjoy a view it magnifies of the bay of Altea, beside the biggest Square, in the famous Dome of the Mediterranean of the XII century.
The apartment has 3 double bedrooms, living room cooks and bathroom, and a small terrace, is totally equipped of appliances, dvd, washer, conditioned air. It is very comfortable and sunny, ideal to enjoy with the children of the sun and the beach.
A rich area in gastronomy and art exhibitions.

We have a beautiful and comfortable apartment, with great views to the mediterranean sea that you can enjoy from the balcony where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner...
It is in the fifth floor. There is a lift and a swimmingpool. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. And in the living room, there are a sofa-bed where can sleep two more persons. The kitchen is full equiped. Our apartment is in a little town of the white coast in Alicante( at 30 Km), called Guardamar del Segura. It is a great place to spend holidays: a lot of hot and sun, a long large beach, a swimmingpool...
It is close to the beach (1 min walking), and it is not far from the center of the town(5 min walking too).
Non simultaneous exchanges are possible as this is our second home.
