We live in a top floor apartment overlooking a park. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, a study with internet, a separate dinning room and a lounge with HD tv and dvd. There is also a large second sitting room (sunroom) overlooking the park. We are only 400 m from the famous Manly beach and 300m from Sydney harbour where you can swim/ paddle and from where the ferry takes you to the CBD in just 30 minutes while the Jetcat takes only 15 minutes

Ours is a family friendly home. In addition to four bedrooms and bathroom, there is a lounge room, dining room, large kitchen, and a 25sqm library and music room. There is a large garden for barbecues and for children to play in. Five minutes walk to a patrolled surf beach and the river, restaurants and shopping. Despite this proximity, it is a quiet area.
