We live in a top floor apartment overlooking a park. In the apartment there are two bedrooms, a study with internet, a separate dinning room and a lounge with HD tv and dvd. There is also a large second sitting room (sunroom) overlooking the park. We are only 400 m from the famous Manly beach and 300m from Sydney harbour where you can swim/ paddle and from where the ferry takes you to the CBD in just 30 minutes while the Jetcat takes only 15 minutes Google Earth lat/long is 33deg 47 min 48.00 sec South and 151 deg 16 min 55.50 sec East.
