Casa antigua situada en el centro del pueblo a 700m. sobre el nivel del mar. Vistas al mar y al monte. Resistió al volcán de Teneguía cuya erupción se realizó en 1971, la zona volcánica está cerca de la vivienda en dirección al Faro de Fuencaliente, a unos 10 km. de la vivienda. Se pueden realizar excursiones alrededor de la vivienda caminando o visitar esta bonita isla en coche: ruta de los volcanes, caldera de Teburiente, Los Tilos, etc....La isla de la Palma es reserva mundial de la Biosfera.

My flat is located in a village at the coast in Fuerteventura island on Canary islands. It has about 6000 inhabitants. It´s a quite and small village. It has a large promenade where people go walking,riding a biking, skating or just sitting in the sun and watching the sea. Here is the highest mountain of the island where you can enjoy spectacular landscapes. The weather here is very good. The temperature is about 22 degrees all time around the year. It harly ever rain but in June and July the wind is getting up. In fact, in Los Gorriones, a place nearby to Morro Jable celebrates the world windsurf championship every year. Morro Jable and Fuerteventura are famous for their extensive beaches of fine and white sand. The island has the best beaches from Europe. The beaches and good weather are the most important reason why tourist come to Fuerteventura. The flat is located just 400 metres of the beach, 50 metres of a supermarket, the post office, opposite of a rent a car, taxis, bus.
