Ours is a family friendly home. In addition to four bedrooms and bathroom, there is a lounge room, dining room, large kitchen, and a 25sqm library and music room. There is a large garden for barbecues and for children to play in. Five minutes walk to a patrolled surf beach and the river, restaurants and shopping. Despite this proximity, it is a quiet area.

We would prefer an exchange in central Paris, France. Alternatively, a small town in France where our children could experience snow, and attend school and kindergarten to learn to speak French. They understand French but won't speak it. (Mother is French-Swiss, father Australian)
