Our five year old house is located on a quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood in beautiful northeast Florida. We live in the city of Palm Coast which is known for its traffic-free streets, uncrowded beaches, numerous golf courses, and close proximity to the picturesque town of Saint Augustine (the oldest city in the United States). One hour and a half drive will take you to Disney, Seaworld, and all the family fun Orlando has to offer. A half hour away is Daytona Beach, home of Nascar racing and the motorcycle capital of the world. There is so much to see and do, especially if you enjoy the unique nature of Florida. Our weather does not get as hot during the summer as south Florida but it never gets very cold during the winter months either.

Six year old 3 Bedroom Fox and Jacobs Home. Fully furnished Home located 14 miles from DFW Airport in a rural Home Development with two community Pools. Both Dallas and Fort Worth have excellent Zoo's. Fort Worth has many cultural venues and summer concerts all summer long. 3.5 hour drive to San Antonio and 4 hour drive to Historic Galveston Island and multiple ocean sights. Two Bedrooms have Queen Beds and Master has California King. Back yard has pasture and trees beyond fencing.

We have a one bedroom apartment in the small town center of Middleboro. Our apartment is relatively large for a one bedroom in Massachusetts (rent is quite expensive here) We have a queen size bed in our bedroom, a large couch in the living room and two full size inflatable beds which we use for guests or when my in-laws visit. We have a standard American size oven with cook top, refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The apartment has one bathroom and we have a coin operated clothes washer and drier on our floor. We have high speed Internet service, a TV. without cable, and a DVD player. We also have air conditioning units if you would like us to leave them in. We have no pets or plants.
