We live on a four hectare property with two dams, kangaroos and wildlife. Our property is 3 minutes (or less) drive to a safe beach. To help with the timing on our trip our parents have also said that the bottom story of their house (which is a self contained 3 bedroom flat with shower and toilet) is also available. This flat is actually on the ocean front and is perfect for deserted early morning walks as the sun rises over the ocean. To keep things clear, our home is wheelchair friendly, single family, has washer and drier, stereo, private pool and fireplace. My parents does not. It does have exceptional views, it is duplex and multi-family.

Two-storey townhouse very close to Perth city. Our house is in a small modern subdivision. Downstairs is a spacious living/dining/kitchen area plus small TV room suitable for 2 persons. Upstairs two double bedrooms, one with king-size bed plus ensuite bathroom and the other with queen bed, and main bathroom. Third bedroom used as study. Small front garden, and a rear courtyard with barbecue. Walking distance to the city (20 minutes) or very close to two bus routes. A few blocks away is a popular pub/cafe strip with supermarket, newsagent, gift shops, cinema, two pubs, and numerous cafes and restaurants. Require car swap also, we have a 2004 SAAB. Our home is not suitable for children and we do not have pets. Interested in simultaneous swap with Seniors or mature peopole only, and non-smokers. We have done two successful swaps. Close to everything you could want - 3 minute walk to trams and buses, excellent cafes and shops nearby. Only 3 kilometres from city centre. Melbourne is an cultural city with excellent food, cafes, bars, shopping, art, architecture. Mountains, ocean, fishing, skiing are 1-3 hour drive away.
