Our apartment is an elegant loft located in Via Dei Coronari The most important street of the ancient Rome (XVI° century) a few step from Piazza Navona (one minute by Walk). This completely restored apartment is on ground floor of the Historic Hoch Palace built in 17th Century. It is composed by a large room with a queen size bed a completely equipped kitchen a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. It is comfortable, clean, and spacious for 2-4 people. Bologna is a beautiful city in the center part of Italy, near the hills and hystorical art towns. From Bologna you can reach the most important italian towns: 140 km from Venice (1 h ½ by train), 150 km from Milan (1 h ½), 90 km from Florence(1 h), 350 km from Rome (2 h ½) and also 65 km from the sea of the famous “riviera romagnola”.

La casa es una construcción nueva. Tiene ascensor. Esta situado al lado del metro. El metro llega directo hasta el centro de Valencia en 5 minutos al aeropuerto 10 minutos y a la playa de la Malvarrosa en 10 minutos. Esta situado junto al nuevo zoo el Bioparc de Valencia. Esta al lado del antiguo cauce del Rio Turia que ahora son unos magnificos parques. Con el autobus se tardan 15 minutos hasta llegar a la Ciudad de Las ciencias.
