Description:
We live on a four hectare property with two dams, kangaroos and wildlife. Our property is 3 minutes (or less) drive to a safe beach. To help with the timing on our trip our parents have also said that the bottom story of their house (which is a self contained 3 bedroom flat with shower and toilet) is also available. This flat is actually on the ocean front and is perfect for deserted early morning walks as the sun rises over the ocean. To keep things clear, our home is wheelchair friendly, single family, has washer and drier, stereo, private pool and fireplace. My parents does not. It does have exceptional views, it is duplex and multi-family.
