Our house is in a small modern subdivision. Downstairs is a spacious living/dining/kitchen area plus small TV room suitable for 2 persons. Upstairs two double bedrooms, one with king-size bed plus ensuite bathroom and the other with queen bed, and main bathroom. Third bedroom used as study. Small front garden, and a rear courtyard with barbecue. Walking distance to the city (20 minutes) or very close to two bus routes. A few blocks away is a popular pub/cafe strip with supermarket, newsagent, gift shops, cinema, two pubs, and numerous cafes and restaurants. Require car swap also, we have a 2004 SAAB. Our home is not suitable for children and we do not have pets. Interested in simultaneous swap with Seniors or mature peopole only, and non-smokers. We have done two successful swaps.
