La spiaggia di Alba Adriatica è fra le più belle della costa abruzzese. La sabbia, dal caratteristico colore argenteo, si stende per circa tre chilometri, che raggiunge un mare stupendo con fondali che degradano dolcemente verso il largo. Anche per il 2008 Alba Adriatica ha ottenuto la Bandiera Blu che è un marchio di qualità per spiagge e porti che dimostrano una corretta gestione ambientale. Appartamento 50 mq circa, a 70 metri dal mare in zona "in" ben servita sia dal punto di vista balneare che commerciale, vicina ai più grandi centri commerciali della provincia, quindi ottima anche per lo shopping. E' vicinissima anche a vari centri di cultura. L'appartamento è dotato di ventilatori al soffitto che garantiscono la climatizzazione degli ambienti e di tende da sole al balcone per una maggiore privacy. Il televisore è dotato di DVD e digitale terrestre compatibile con MEdiaset premium e La7. Parcheggio privato. Scorcio di vista mare.
