Ours is a family friendly home. In addition to four bedrooms and bathroom, there is a lounge room, dining room, large kitchen, and a 25sqm library and music room. There is a large garden for barbecues and for children to play in. Five minutes walk to a patrolled surf beach and the river, restaurants and shopping. Despite this proximity, it is a quiet area.

The house has 3 bedrooms, a master, a second bedroom (currently used as a study - but we could fit a single bed if necessary) and a baby room with a cot. On the main floor we have a bath, separate shower and toilet. Living room, dinning room and newly renovated kitchen with breakfast area. Downstairs we have an office with a double sofa bed and a joint shower/toilet and laundry. We have a front garden and at the back we have a veranda, bbq area, pool (salt) and a garage. We have 2 dogs, which are kept outside, if we were to exchange, you would have to look after our doggies. They are Pommeradians, about 8 years old. At night they sleep in the garage. We also have a cat which lives with our dogs, he thinks he is a dog, occasionally he will sneak in the house, but he mainly lives outside.

Our beautiful Cottage is just a 5 minute walk to the beach and Villge of Palm Cove. There are many restaurants available. The Cottage is not suitable for young children. The dinning room is out doors(under cover) with a second dinning area beside the pool. The Masterbedroom opens up on to the pool which is surounded by private gardens.The ensuite is big with double shower and basins and is open to the gardens at one end. The kitchen has all mod-cons & is finished with granite bench tops. There is air-con & fans,a BBQ . There are many tours available to The Great Barrier Reef, The Rainforest, the tablelands there are to many to list. 10 Golf courses including the fabulous Paradise Palms.

Ground floor: bedroom, bathroom and back courtyard. 2nd floor: bedroom, bathroom and study with computer and internet access and large balcony. 3rd floor: large modern kitchen, open living space and 2 balconies with nice views. The house is light and well insulated. Airconditioning upstairs and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Off-street parking for 1 car. Victoria markets are a 10 minute walk; the city is a 20 minute walk. Public transport is a 2 minute walk. Easy access to the airport, and the northern and eastern highways. North Melbourne borders the inner city and is close to most of the cities attractions.
