We are 1/2 hour from the Pacific Ocean & a redwood forest; 1 hour from San Francisco; within easy walking distance of smart shops, food stores, movies, theater, restaurants, galleries, and the Sunday farmer's market. Our Toyota Prius hybrid car can be exchanged also.

Wonderful modern 1 bedroom apartment in the hills in San Francisco. Near public transportation including the subway. 24 hour grocery store and shopping center across the street. Gas fireplace. There is a very friendly cat in the house that has access to go outside (no litter box).

Our home is located in north Berkeley easy walking distance to the gourmet ghetto and university campus..
