Condo on three floors in Victorian House, in charming section of Boston close to a pond, Harvard Arboretum with beautiful biking and running trails. 5 minute walk to public transportation (bus and orange line). Great spacious house (2100 Sq.ft.) very charming and elegantly furnished with european furniture, full of light with many large windows. Has a studio/bedroom on first floor, living room, dining room, kitchen bathroom on second level. Master bedroom bath and dressing area on third level. On first floor has a rental apartment with separate entrance which is generally rented. Close to restaurants and shops.We are a retired couple I am originally from Florence, Italy and my husband from Boston, we are worldwide travelers .

Our home is in the charming town of Sebastopol in the Sonoma County Wine Country (near the Napa Valley Wine Country). We have 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms & 1 office-bedroom for a queen-sized airbed and with a separate bath; HDTV, TIVO, DVD & VCR; high-speed internet connection; remodeled kitchen with dishwasher; clothes washer & dryer; flower & vegetable gardens. We are 1/2 hour from the Pacific Ocean & a redwood forest; 1 hour from San Francisco; within easy walking distance of smart shops, food stores, movies, theater, restaurants, galleries, and the Sunday farmer's market. Our Toyota Prius hybrid car can be exchanged also.

Beautiful home on inttracoastal with rooftop gazebo..5 min walk to beach.There are 3 beds..a queen upstairs in the master bedroom, a double in the downstairs bedroom and a single sleeper sofa in the TV room. Each has it's own full bath.There is some handicapped access.

Our five year old house is located on a quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood in beautiful northeast Florida. We live in the city of Palm Coast which is known for its traffic-free streets, uncrowded beaches, numerous golf courses, and close proximity to the picturesque town of Saint Augustine (the oldest city in the United States). One hour and a half drive will take you to Disney, Seaworld, and all the family fun Orlando has to offer. A half hour away is Daytona Beach, home of Nascar racing and the motorcycle capital of the world. There is so much to see and do, especially if you enjoy the unique nature of Florida. Our weather does not get as hot during the summer as south Florida but it never gets very cold during the winter months either.
