Unser Ferienhaus liegt im reizvollen Dreiländereck BRD/Frankreich/Lux. Das Finnenhaus mit Steildach hat 6 Betten in 2 Schlafzimmern, Küche (mit Miele Spülmaschine)/Wohnraum, kl. Bad und eine Terrasse. Das 1.300 qm Gründstück befindet sich in ruhiger Waldrandlage - ca. 70 m vom Ufer eines kl.Sees mit eigenem Badesteg. Neben Fahrrädern haben wir auch ein Surfbrett und eine Segeljolle (420er). Die Gegend ist für Radtouren ideal!- Sehr gute lothringische und elsässische Restaurants im Umkreis.- Metz, Saarbrücken und Luxemburg liegen im Umkreis von ca. 30-60 Autominuten. Auch die französische Weinstrasse und die zum Wandern wunderschönen VOGESEN liegen nicht weit entfernt. Ebenso der für Kinder und Jugendliche sehr interessante Freizeitpark mit Achterbahn und etlichen Attraktionen ‚Waligator“. Eine weiteres attraktives Ausflugsziel ist das 45 km entfernt liegende Weltkulturerbe VÖLKLINGER HÜTTE.

Casa(100m2)ben situata in un paesino molto vicino a TOLOSA, accesso facile per Tolosa( autobus, treno, metro),con piccolo giardino, molta calma e vicini simpatici!Ci sono tutte le comodità anche se la casa è modesta.3 camere, una con 2 letti a mezzanine per ragazzi, una con letto singolo e una con letto matrimoniale.Salotto a pianterreno con cucina aperta, 2 porte che danno sul piccolo giardino, molto tranquillo. Nei dintorni ci sono moltissime visite da fare, la regione è molto ricca di paesaggi, paesini, monumenti ( Carcassonne, Albi, il Canale del midi,Montauban,ecc...) ci sono anche luoghi preistorici da visitare a meno di 2 ore di macchina, i Pirenei a 130 km, come il mare ( Narbonne) e molti laghi. Vicina c'è anche la regione del Gers, con la sua capitale regionale, Auch,( a 80km) famosa per la gastronomia (il famoso foie gras!). Poi c'è Tolosa, ricchissima città d'arte, molto animata culturalmente con un'intensa vita notturna...Tutto per trascorrere bellissime vacanze!
