Condo on three floors in Victorian House, in charming section of Boston close to a pond, Harvard Arboretum with beautiful biking and running trails. 5 minute walk to public transportation (bus and orange line). Great spacious house (2100 Sq.ft.) very charming and elegantly furnished with european furniture, full of light with many large windows. Has a studio/bedroom on first floor, living room, dining room, kitchen bathroom on second level. Master bedroom bath and dressing area on third level. On first floor has a rental apartment with separate entrance which is generally rented. Close to restaurants and shops.We are a retired couple I am originally from Florence, Italy and my husband from Boston, we are worldwide travelers .

We have a one bedroom apartment in the small town center of Middleboro. Our apartment is relatively large for a one bedroom in Massachusetts (rent is quite expensive here) We have a queen size bed in our bedroom, a large couch in the living room and two full size inflatable beds which we use for guests or when my in-laws visit. We have a standard American size oven with cook top, refrigerator, microwave oven, and dishwasher. The apartment has one bathroom and we have a coin operated clothes washer and drier on our floor. We have high speed Internet service, a TV. without cable, and a DVD player. We also have air conditioning units if you would like us to leave them in. We have no pets or plants.

1-bedroom in short walking distance to Central Park, Museum Mile and Rockefeller Center. This is a 5-th floor walk up. That means 4 flights of stairs and no elevator. It is a relatively large apartment for NYC. We have a pullout couch and a air mattress. 6 people have stayed here many times, though 2 is the most comfortable. Our dog usually stays with friends or travels with us, however some home exchangers have stayed with her before, and seemed to enjoy having a little dog to walk in the park.
