Our appartment is located in the heart of Munich. The underground is only 3 min footwalk from our appartment. The "Isar" is about 5 min footwalk from here. It is the perfect place for exploring alle museums of munich. You can reach lake "Tegernsee" or Lake of Starnberg within 40 min by car where you can find several outdoor activities. Our appartment is suitable for a family with one or two young children, cause we have the sand tabel direct in front of our kitchen and children can play in the garden. We can offer you two bikes and a kid car if you want to. One of our children is 2 years old, the other will be born in April 2008.

Tutzing on Lake of Starnberg is the perfect place to explore Munich and beautiful Upper Bavaria with its rich culture. There are many outdoors activities from water sport to skiing to biking.
Our appartment is in a very quiet and safe neigborhood.
It is a friendly place with lots of light and partial view to the lake and the mountains from our balcony.
We are a professional couple with two daughters 9 and 2 years old. My husband is an electric engineer, I am a foreign language specialist. We speak German, English, French and bits and pieces of Italian. We are experienced home exchangers and right now, we wouldn't want to travel any other way!
