Notre maison, de style "split-level" comporte 4 chambres, dont une au sous-sol où se trouve aussi notre espace bureau. Il y a une salle de bain à l'étage, avec une grande baignoire et une douche, ainsi qu'une salle d'eau au rez-de-chaussée. La cuisine, le salon et la salle à manger sont en aire ouverte.
Elle possède tout le confort nécessaire à une jeune famille.
C'est une maison avec de nombreuses fenêtres et une orientation plein sud qui la rend très ensoleillée. La cour est cloturée et offre une piscine, un salon de jardin et un barbecue.
Notre maison est située sur l'Île-Bizard qui offre plusieurs commerces de proximité : boulangerie, boucherie, épicerie, club vidéo, banque, etc. L'île possède un merveilleux parc-nature, accessible à pied de notre maison, qui offre de nombreux sentiers pour les amateurs de vélo, de marche ou de course à pied.

Our house is a big cottage located in Brossard, a town 10 located minutes away of Montreal. On, the second floor we have four bedrooms (can accomodate 6 people) and two bathroom. On the first floor, you will find a family room with TV, dvd, VHS and stereo, a kitchen (with a dining area), dining room and another living room with a piano,a radio and many books in French and in English. We also have another bathroom with a washing machine, a dryer and a shower. We have a basement with lots of space for the kids to play and also TV. We have lots of toys for kids to use and also a Playstation and a Nintendo with games. The house is always cool even during hot weather because we have air conditioning. Our house has a garage with three bike. Our backyard is big and is a great place to eat during the summer. We have a pool with chairs, BBQ and and a patia.
