The house is a comfortable flat on two levels, with a nice see on the mountains, in a little town very quiet and a peaceful neighbourghood. 10 mn driving to the Lake of Annecy, 30mn to a little family ski station, one hour to big ski stations. During the summer, the place is very nice (mountains walk escalade, parapente, swimming, boating) The town of Annecy is mugnificent, especially the old city (market, castle, lake)
