La villetta è posta difronte al mare, alberata con due verande esterne ed è così composta:al piano terra-saloncino, angolo cottusa con elettrodomestici compreso di lavastoviglie,bagno,aria condizionata e pompa di calore, divano letto.Al piano superiore due stanze da letto 1 con 2 lettini e l'altra con letto matrimoniale, il tutto ben arredata.Il mare dista circa 500 metri raggiungibile o con una passeggiata,dista dalla riserva naturale dello Zingaro circa 7 Km.

The location is very good, it is easy to be reach, to be used as a basis for tours in Tuscany (Siena, S.Gimignano,Lucca,etc) and there are no problems to park car. The center of Florence is near 10 minutes by bus or 15 minutes by bike. The house is near from highway A1 exit "Firenze Sud".
