Maison familiale (avec magnifique vue sur le lac de Neuchâtel) de 7 pièces (220m2) + 1 carnotzet + 1 grande terrasse, sauna pour 2 personnes. Idéal pour famille avec enfants. Table de ping-pong, BBQ, Four à Pizza, Trampoline, petite piscine hors-sol, billard, salle de télé (écran plat 127cm),vélos. Possibilité d'utiliser notre voilier (4 places-permis de voile obligatoire), port à 500m de la maison. Wifi, 3 pc connectés à Internet. Proche des transports publics et des magasins. Possibilités d'excursion bord de lac, campagne et montagne (Jura avec funiculaire pour chaumont à 5 minutes à pied et les Alpes). Le village d'Hauterive est situé dans le canton de Neuchâtel à 1h30 de Genève, 2h00 de Zurich, 45 min de Berne, 1h30 de la Jungfrau et 3h00 du Cervin (Zermatt).
